In 2009, Jason and Dallas met and formed an immediate friendship. They began talking about how cool it would be to have an Independent BMW repair shop that also catered to MINI Coopers. In November of 2009, they opened ONE WAY which was under the umbrella of the John Miller Tire Co. RecommendedI took my Mini Countryman in for some work and was treated very well. I dealt with primarily Dallas and he was very patient and explained everything very clearly. Jason must have lightening fingers because he fixed my car way faster than I was expecting it to be done and he put my car back together better than the factory assembled it. Wow!! I’m blown away by this shop!! I went to them to see if they had a nut to fix a trim piece on my Cooper and Daniel not only found one but fixed it, checked my battery (I had bought someplace else) to make sure it was coded to my car and.... answered a few questions I had about my car. And.... they didn’t charge me anything!! They have all my work from now on!! It’s not everyday you leave a repair shop happy and smiling but I sure did today!! Thank you all at One Way for the great service!!
Been going to these guys to get my 325i fixed for about three years now. Tried a couple different places before One Way but ended up being a repeat customer with them because of their service and customer care. They have taken care of my car very well and the pricing is better than most other places. Can't sing these guys praises enough.
They've always taken very good care of me and my cars. Been using them since they opened shop. I wouldn't trust my BMW to anyone else.

I recently needed front brakes for my MINI. They got me in the next day, and the cost was less than half the dealer's quote.
The owner is very professional they do very good work in most cases they exceed dealership workmanship for a much lower price! I recommend anyone with a BMW to go to one way BMW the work is second to none!
Love this shop, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would highly suggest.
