Avoid the rooms facing the GWU medical emergency. Ambulances run all night!
Bad experience trying to get an early check in (there was impossible to get room before 3pm).
I really loved this place. Rooms are great, we have good area with kitchen and balcony !
Walked twice from other hotels in DC. "One" saved the day both times with the "board room" on the first floor. Murphy bed and huge room. Best rate on the West End! Friendly staff, great location!
Decent value for the money, and close to everything. The restaurant (Circle Bistro) stops serving breakfast/brunch at 10:30 - would've been good to know ahead of time.
Said free parking online, but not the case. Otherwise, not bad for the price. Could use some double occupancy rooms with larger beds tho. A double for two people is a bit absurd.

Great hotel, close to Metro and National Park. The one thing to beware of is there is NO PARKING. You must pay 30 a night for valet plus tax and liability.We wish we knew this before. But good overall
Fantastic staff, great room, don't mind the ambulance's at the hospital next door. Easy access to the Metro. Room service is tasty and quick but pricey.
