Don't believe everything you see in the following "5 star" reviews.. They might have good days, but they definitely have their bad. I've had two friends experience the bad. and they're the only two friends I have that have gone here. I also know someone who used to deliver parts for Richard and he told me that they are real shady people.

Like my husband said, do NOT go here. Very bad business. From Google reviews, it looks like he has taken advantage of people the same way he did my husband because we could not afford what he estimated the cost to be. He charged my husband a $100 "diagnostic fee," when my husband already knew what was wrong with the car! All he wanted to know was what the cost of parts and labor would be! Ridiculous!
