Over priced. Repairs don’t last I had several repairs done spent thousands of dollars and always just out of warranty. Owner doesn’t offer much help or care about return customers. I was told McDonald’s doesn’t give discounts for returning. After spending a good sum of money and repairs not even lasting 6 months to a year more than once or one repair. As I’ve already said you continue to complain about how we should pay to repair your car, but you refuse to accept that your car is not slightly out of warranty but it was thousands of miles past warranty. The good customer service was us telling you to bring the car back to us and we would help you, however the bad customer feels as though she is right and wants to throw a temper tantrum and complain everywhere she can. When are you going to act like a grown up and come to terms with what a warranty is?
RecommendedI came in to have my brakes done today to find out my brakes were fine and I had a totally different smaller issue. The one touch crew did an amazing job explaining the issue and getting it fixed quickly for my family and i. My car finally feels normal and The communication/prices were great. Thankyou guys!! I would definitely recommend.

I have taken 3 vehicles there for service and am extremely pleased with their work. One for an AC condenser replacement, one for brakes, and another for brakes and shocks. Their pricing is fair, meaning you don't feel ripped off when you leave. But, the quality of what they do is top notch and on qualifying parts they are backed with a 2 year 24k mile warranty. I recommend them to anyone needing their cehicle repaired who wants it to last.
