I love living at One Ten! Obviously it is a brand new complex, so you're bound to encounter some problems, but the One-Ten staff is on top of the problem the minute you let them know! The One Ten staff treats their residents like family! I wouldn't want to live anywhere else :)
Move in day today. The power wasn't on in the apartment, it wasn't cleaned at all, broken window, balcony door won't close all the way (on the first floor) no hot water, broken or missing hardware, the list goes on and on,,, not a good first impression. ��. Spent way too much time asking people to do their job when it should have already been done! Rent was paid on the first not allowed to move in until today. I want my first ten days of rent back at least! Would you treat "family" like this? I don't think so. Boo
If anyone is planning to sign a lease this year, please let me know! I need someone to take mine! Please and thank you!
Choosing to Live OneTen would probably be one of the best decisions I've made during my freshman year. OneTen makes you feel like you're apart of a family. I can tell that it will literally be the place away from home. The OneTen team is AWESOME and will do anything to make sure you are in good hands like Allstate �.
Look forward to our daughter making this her first home away from home this fall. Hard for a parent to send a child so far away. Feel much better doing it with the One Ten staff on site. We were very impressed with all the information received over the phone, and our visit with Lo.
