RecommendedI absolutely LOVE living here!! The people are great, the amenities are fantastic, and it's so close to Spring Hill College. So so glad I made the choice to move into One Ten.
The staff is amazing. I’m from California so I get home sick a lot, but One Ten always have different activities going on and I feel welcomed. The maintenance is pretty great. If you have a problem with something in your apartment, you just report it and they’ll help you right away. I would recommend living at One Ten if you want to have a good experience in college!
I haven’t moved in yet, but so far the staff has been eager to answer any and all questions! I can’t wait to experience living with One Ten.
One Ten is not only a place to live but a home away from home! The amenities combined with the spacious rooms make for a great over all experience! I love One Ten and look forward to a great year here!
The maintenance staff is always on top of things when I call and the front desk is so helpful when I order TONS of packages!
The convenience and location of this place is perfect for short distances to class and other school activities. I also like how the service is immediate. We have never been left to dry with one ten they always take care of any problem. This will be my 3rd year living here and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
The staff is so helpful and the pool is really nice! The apartment itself is roomy and looks really nice inside!
