RecommendedSomeone please help me out. I signed a lease for OneTen Student living by USA and was supposed to move in around August, but things have come up to where I won’t be able to move in. I need someone to please take over my portion of the lease. It’s $710/month I believe and includes all utilities. I believe the one I signed for was either 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom. They either find you a roomate or you can find one of your choice and you both fill out an application. If interested please message me!!!!
For the most part, I have enjoyed living here. It brought me some of my closest friends! The staff is great, and so are the amenities. The events planned are always fun, COVID just messed those up along with everything else. It’s a nice place to live while in college.
I have lived at OneTen for two years now and love it! The management is great and very timely with their responses. They have a great social media coordinator that is always active. They host events regularly that are so much fun. Grocery bingo is my personal favorite! They really care about their residents and I have really enjoyed my experience here!
Incredibly unprofessional. I lived here during the 2019-2020 school year and it was an awful experience. I lived in the back of the complex. I guess they like to keep the front looking good for people who come tour, but the back is completely neglected. I understand that Covid had an impact on maintenance, but these complaints are from well before the pandemic started so there was no reason for any of it to happen. Recently, I have become very disappointed in OneTen. A roommate and myself had MOLD growing in our rooms. It was first discovered in my roommates closet then discovered in my bedroom. When it was reported, the “fix” was to caulk where the leak was expected to be, clean, and repaint. My carpet was still ruined in the area, even after “cleaning.” While that may seem sufficient to some, it is only a temporary fix.
