We rented from One Team Realty upon arriving to the Hawaii. We are a military family and had to adjust quick! Luckily we found a property with Darren Holbrook, Liz, and their team. They were extremely prompt with maintenance request and anything a tenant could ask for. I truly appreciated the app for paying rent and maintenance support with the house. Terrible experience working with owner. He is supposedly a “property manager” that does absolutely zero property “managing” things. Only uses his “website” and Zillow to advertise for rentals. Pictures of rentals are taken from his iPhone and REUSES pictures from previous listing without prior approval from photographer. Wasted over a month and couldn’t find a tenant and wanted to be reimbursed $250 for doing absolutely nothing.
