The worst! Nobody knows where my package is located; poor customer service. Don't use this place for shipping anything
Worst shipping company. Package is passed expected delivery date, and still in their possession.. no one can give me answers on when my package will be arriving
Poor customer service, the reps have no answers on packages that their company has in their possession. The package tracking has not changed in over 30 hours and they said to wait another 48 hours for the post office to update their tracking. But according to One Stop Mailing, they are still in possession of the package. The customer service feature is useless.
