Item has been sitting in their facility for a week and not moved on to USPS yet. Makes no sense to me how inefficient this company can be... Hope it's not lost.

I am still waiting for a package that has stalled at their facility in York, PA. This package is a Christmas present of a rare book that is no longer in print and cannot be replaced. There appears to be no one in their organization who cares to follow up on this problem.
Ordered a book from ebay on Nov 30th, tracking number has had movement until Nov 5th. On Nov 5th, it stopped at Coppell, TX, which is 3 hours North of me. If I had a car I could've went and seen my relatives and picked it up. I will never buy from this seller again.
Ordered a book, paid for expedited shipping. Package sat in Waukegan for 6 days, then was sent to York, PA (I live outside of Atlanta). This morning, package is back in Illinois(Glendale Heights)! Supposed to be delivered by the 16th.
Actually deliver? that would be nice;
