My item has been sitting at their facility for 3 days without moving SHAMEFUL indeed!!!!!!
Item I ordered is sitting around 3 hours away from my...for the last week without getting handed off to the USPS. Turns out that this is pretty much everyone’s experience with this company. Companies that care one iota about their customers should not use this shipping partner.
Ordered something from California and it made it as far and Glendale IL (I live in Chicago) and then disappeared. OSM claims that they do not have it. USPS claims they do not have it. I've filed claims with both and finally OSM told me that my package has been "Interupted with no new delivery date" and to contact the seller to get a refund. How can shipping possibly be this bad? I could have walked to California and back faster than this delivery. I've given up hope that I will ever get my mail. Someone needs to shut this co... read more
SHIP OUT YOUR PACKAGES PEOPLE!
My package was shipped on 9/6. It arrived in Aston, PA on 9/9 and has been stuck there ever since. Any slower and they would be going backwards.🤬
I think you have to get off you whatever and make the packages move a litle faster. Its 10 days now and the box is now in York, PA.
CLOSE AND GIVE THEIR PACKAGES TO UPS!
