I'm still waiting for my package that they received on October 23rd. I was supposed to receive it on October 30th but the post office still hasnt received it. a replacement package was ordered and sadly they sent it to this company again so I guess we will see if I receive it this Thursday
Terrible..I don't think anyone works there! No one calls back nor answers the phone...any company that uses them I will no longer patronize.
Ordered a book on Sunday the 30th of September, it's currently the 5th of October and the package is further away from me than it started and it hasn't moved in 2 days.
If you need a package quickly, these are NOT the folks to use. They brag about 3-5 delivery service in the US, but two packages coming to me have been sitting with them since the 13th. It's now the 18th. I'm several states away, sho I guess one of them will be flying down today with my stuff?? The Pony Express was more reliable.

I order from Allure beauty box and every month this is the very last subscription box I receive. Sometimes I don’t even get it in the month it’s supposed to be for. Well once they ship it, it sits for weeks at the One Stop Mailing Centers. And when you read their website, they advertise to get subscription boxes to the recipient in 1-5 days, even Saturday’s. I am waiting on a package currently from OSM. My package DEPARTED their Glendale Heights, IL location at 7:30am on March 14. I live 30 miles away in the center of Chicago and they told me it would take 2-3 days just for them to deliver the package from Glendale heights to Chicago USPS so that USPS could then deliver my package. 2-3 days to travel 30 Miles? Makes no sense
I order a lot of books from a business that ships using OSM Worldwide and about 95% of the time, there's a problem. This business has a location in Atlanta, GA. I live in Georgia, but OSM Worldwide ships my books from Atlanta, GA to Glendale Heights, IL then back to Atlanta before they get to me in southeast Georgia. I had one package sit in Glendale Heights from Jan.5th-Jan.10th. I'm done ordering from businesses that use them. I gave them one star, but they really don't deserve any.
