Terrible customer serviced extremely rude employees. Did not honor the loyalty rewards when I was about to pay and then threw my husbands clothes on the floor.
This place is beyond appalling. They send their clothes out to clean at a "plant" where the plant loses EVERYTHING. They have lost 2 of my items already. The first one took me like 6 trips to the store to get it back. The second one, was supposed to be delivered to me over 5 weeks ago. The owner is DISGUSTINGLY rude beyond words, his staff doesn't deserve a paycheck at the end of the week with their attitudes as far as I'm concerned. Stay FAR away from this place its a total SHITHOLE.
Terrible service. Lost parts of my dress and wouldn’t compensate. Dragging this out for months. Don’t bring them your nice cloths.
They cleaned my bedspread..without getting the stains out, did not iron it as expected and shrunk it.! When I tried to talk to someone in charge. All you get is sorry the owner is not in not here. only thursday..... after 5 calls still no one returns my calls. Stay away!!!!!~ give someone else your business
I took a brand new dress only worn twice, they faded and took the crinkles out now refusing to pay for the dress, they rather issue a store as if I would ever take anything back there to have cleaned. They are rude and unprofessional.
I brought my suit to One Stop Cleaners for dry cleaning prior to an out-of-town wedding. As I dropped off my suit, I was warmly greeted by the staff. She was super nice and friendly. When I picked up my suit, it was nicely pressed...and had no odors! Nicely done!
I got my jeans dry cleaned here and they did an excellent job. They actually looked brand new! I almost couldn't recognize them. Bonus that they're green.. I didn't even realize that until after the fact. I also like how they answer the phone whenever you call. I called One Stop Cleaners 3x with stupid questions the same day and they were patient and answered my idiotic questions. And, if you're like me and lose your ticket, not to worry.. you can always use your last name :)
I have a white with blue stripes long sleeve shirt. Being a little absent minded, I washed it with dark colors and left it in the washing machine overnight. When I woke up, I directly put it in the dryer and when I took it out, I discovered black stains on the white portions of the shirt. I searched Yellowpages for stain removal services and stumbled upon One Stop Cleaners. I went in and showed them the stains and they said they will try their best to remove them.
