Getting rich off of ripping off customers – Had a timing belt issue with my car, called around and one stop gave me the lowest cost and the fastest turn around time. Had my car towed in and received a call later with another estimate which was double the original and twice the time to repair. Of course this made one stop the most expensive and the longer repair so I chose to come back and get my vehicle. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – I took my car there for an inspection and the first thing the repair man said was that he didn't want to fix my car because it wasn't worth it. I get his point, but that is NONE of his business. If I choose to fix my car, than that's my decision, not the repair man. Number 2, after I gave them a deposit to fix the vehicle, they told me something else was wrong with the car and that they would need ANOTHER deposit to fix it. NEVVVERRR GOOO 2 ONE STOP – I RECENTLY TOOK MY CAR TO THIS SHOP AND THEY TOLD ME ONE THING WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR THEY FIXED IT AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE CAR..THEN THEY TOLD ME SOMETHING ELSE FIXED IT AND STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM THIS BUSINESS IS HORRIBLE JERRY LIES ABOUT A LOT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING OR GETTING SERVICE TO UR CAR OR TRUCK HERE. My kind of Auto Garage – Jerry and all his staff at One Stop have always been very professional and helpful. I have had my cars and those of family and friends serviced there for years. We have never had a problem that was not remedied to our satisfaction. They take the time to explain in detail each recommended repair after a thorough diagnosis. I couldn't commend them more highly. Great Service – Brought my car in and service was fast, less money than other places and cheaper than I'd thought it would be. It is tough to find an honest repair shop - Jerry is VERY honest. He tells customers what will break cars like a sign in the store that says "Overheating Kills Engines." Now what mechanic shop explains how to stop your car from breaking!? Only the honest ones, I think.
Really helped me out – I was visiting friends in Baltimore and my car broke down. My friend recommended One Stop and they had my car towed in and fixed that day. I would recommend this place to anyone.

IF you must buy , have lawyer present – i brought a 1998 mercury which is only worth about 3,000$. After shoving paper after paper in my face, "jerry" told me the final sale price would be 8,000 dollars and i agreed cause i needed a car.I gave him 1,000$ down and made payments of 300$ a month for 9 months and through bogus "finance charges", 9 months later i still owe 7,500$.
