This Company is not reliable and will get your money and not fix your car correctly; just for it to break as soon as the warranty is over. They put a no good axle on my 2003 Acura, and it lasted just a year and broke again, they do not honor their work and will can not guarantee their parts to be of quality, that is why they only give a year on their warranties, an axle should not break after one year and a couple of months, the person who answered the phone even told me that, told me, "make sure its the axle because an axle... read more

STAY AWAY! AND AVOID!! Save yourself the time, energy and over spent money. I don't know about everyone else experience but mines was far from perfect. The owner JERRY Ripsoffs his customers. He's rude, and doesn't care about his customers. They're very misleading, on the phone and when you get there there story changes. They charge way above average for poor service and they left my car unlocked with the windows down in a dangerous in a dangerous neighborhood. I've had a friend give me a bad review on this place as well.

this company is full of bs. putting beatup engines in your car after they charge you 2000 or more we have reported this company to (bbb) the owner is rude will hang up on you and threating you come in for something small leave with a bigger problem I wish this company to hell they have over 1 hundred bad complaints

I would never used this company again or recommend to anyone. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. The level of disrepect that is adminstered by him is liken to the "master and slave" period when there is a problem. Anyone can be cordial on the initial visit when conducting business, but the caliber and the integrity of a person is shown when problems with your vehicle occurs. I was not satisfied with One Stop Auto. First of all the guy Jerry was very rude towards me and customers. A lady wanted to $50 on her balance she owe on her car. Jerry and the girl at the front desk told her that she owed $150. The the customer was very angry saying she paid $70 last week to the girl and it was not deducted from her balance. Jerry accused the customer of lying. The customerwas arguing with the two of them. Jerry told the girl not to talk to the customer, but let the customer talk to him. He had her car toll... read more

I had a very good experience with this firm. I took my Hyundai Vera Cruz in and asked them to inspect it and was told there was a need for new shocks. The price I was quoted was much less than the Dealers and they were installed promptly and I was very pleased with the manner in which I was treated. I will never use this company at all again. I understand the idea of helping people when they are short, but it did not work for me, and everything is not for everybody. I have a trailblazer brought it new, check engine light came on had it towed there to One Stop. Was told it was a ignition coil, they replaced it with a use one.
