The staff is very friendly and attentive to the needs of my pet. My pet is never scared to stay with the staff here, The staff is also very loving to my pet and that makes me feel very comfortable while I am away . Thank you for being so kind and professional.

This is a piece of crap shop. The only reason they keep costumers is because they finance. I have been back and fourth with these people. The old white guy is ignorant and rude. I took my chevy silverado to them because it wouldn't start someTimes. First he says he not get a diagnostic reading but says my starter cracked. Chargedy 360 for a rebuilt starter which I thought I was getting a new one. Didnt return my old one which usually they ask u do u want the old part. The staff has been professional, personable and extremely helpful. My dod came in after being attacked by a pit bull. I just want to tell everyone how great the staff was to me. The office is clean and very nice decorated.

Appointment made, they cancelled without notice. I turned up & the machines at the front gone! Turned up a week later for another appt. front door locked. Another customer was outside & tried calling all last week & drove 1 hour said, she thinks they have gone!

My poor customer experience is like most of the ones listed. Took FOREVER to get an appointment. I had to do back to back calling. Then the appointment was scheduled 3 weeks out (because they are so popular), which is today. I arrived at the Lawrenceville location which is anything but spa like. There was no sign on the outside of the building but I went inside to be greeted by a piece of paper taped to one of the suite doors with Juvinity Spa written with a sharpie marker. Beware of this place at all costs! The owner of this company Giovanni will lie to your face and not honor your warranties! I own a used car lot in Irving and started using this business when the name was Quick Transmissions (they were also in Irving at the time) and I used them for many transmission repair jobs. Giovanni promised me a set price on each transmission job and they did excellent work for a few years. They then moved to Terrell and he promised me the same pricing and level of service.
