The hardest part is getting over the fact everything auto wise costs far more than you want to spend. I knew something was wrong with my brakes and I new it wasn't going to be cheap so I was on edge and they did a amazing job of explaining things to me and the cost associated with it......and then the worst thing happened that you just think every place is going to do ....there's something else wrong and indeed the other break caliper was shot and they even gave me a shot at seeing if I could get the brake piston back in. Awesome! Squeezed me in even when he was super booked, finished the job quicker than anticipated AND he saved me money on transmission fluid! Would definitely bring my car in again!!
We took our van there after our regular shop told us we needed a new (rebuilt) engine costing $4k. One stop told us that they could get us a used one installed for about $3k, but they would make sure our engine needed to be replaced. It didn't. We did need a new radiator, which we knew. and the other shop also said we needed. For less than a quarter of what our old shop was going to charge, we had our van back running great, and we were even able to finance that. I highly recommend One Stop.
The staff and mechanics here are great and you can't ask for friendlier service!

This is truly my One Stop Auto shop in town. Always receive good service and good information.
First impressions make a big difference and I think they get that here. The place is very clean and the people behind the counter are very friendly. You feel a little better leaving your car here than you do at some places.
