One step is on the money ! Julie Rock was my physical Therapist for rotator cuff and herniated disc . With her help I'm now back to pre-op shape . Doing all the running,biking, lifting etc. that I want to do. Can't say enough good about her. One step was a critical component of my recovery process ! Today I have to add animal rescue to their dossier of talents. Ella and I thank you
