I cannot say enough amazing things about One Step Ahead Physical Therapy! The staff is fantastic and the assistant therapy kitties are a huge bonus :) After extensive knee surgery, my daughter worked with Lori and we could instantly feel compassion Lori has for helping others. Not only is she incorporating the latest PT techniques, she easily customizes the visits to each individual's needs. Great folks, great service at One Step Ahead. Lori certainly helped with my back issues and having the opportunity to visit with Jill who I've known since she was a very little girl made the visits something to look forward to.
This is a fantastic group of people who really care about everyone walking through there door. If you need physical therapy this is the place to go.

I received a gift certificate for a massage at One Step Ahead and finally got around to using it. The massage was amazing; I will be back and I hope to buy gift certificates for friends.
