I would highly recommend One Step Ahead . They are Professionals that get the Job done and personable enough to make you feel right at home.
The family of friends at One Step Ahead are a knowledgeable and caring group. Without their skill and professionalism I would not have been able to fully recover from two surgeries. From Jill's smiling face at the desk, to the great leaders in Lori and Julie. I would recommend this group of physical therapists to anyone that needs help from prevention to recovery from injuries.
I have spent a good amount of time with the staff here at One Step Ahead. They are all wonderful people that are both professional and provide a relaxed environment for someone needing physical therapy. They are experienced, have a great aptitude and love for their work. Plus they have some excellent therapy cats that they have rescued. If you need PT you need to come here!
Great place to go when you need the help. Lori helped me get back on my feet! She gave me the exercises needed and I made great progress! Everyone there is friendly. Great place!
