The only good thing about this building is the view/location. -Listen to all the reviews about the elevators! There is ALWAYS elevators not working. Or even when they are all working, only one will come to pick up all the people so you'll have 10 ppl & their pets all crammed into one & have it stop 10 times. -The price they charge for you to keep your 2nd car with valet shot up to a ridiculous $258 a month, a huge spike in the previous price -The walls/ceilings do not have enough sound proofing & I suffered for 3 years with ... read more
After 3 years I finally moved out this place is absolutely horrible,
Most of these bad reviews are literal Karens or just plain unreasonable and/or entitled. One Miami management and staff are next level. Access and elevators are now all bio-metric and smooth running. Pet friendly community and neighbors are a diverse and eclectic multi-generational mix. Amenities are good and well-maintained. And the location and views cannot be beat! Mastro’s Ocean Club and Il Gabbiano on the ground floor are lavish conveniences. Happy to be part of the One Miami community.
