Absolutely outrageous billing practices. I had a 20-minute virtual consultation with One Medical where no diagnosis or meaningful treatment was even provided — and I was slapped with a bill of nearly $410 out of pocket. For context, I’ve had full urgent care visits (in-person, with exams and bloodwork included) that cost far less than this. This is blatant price gouging.
