How in the world do you justify charging such exorbitant prices for rent when you allow scum to reside in your building that damage other tenants apartments, throw eggs in hallways, and harass them if they report them to your awful, corrupt "management"? Your "luxury apartments" are a joke and needs to be sold or torn down.

I hear the management is poor and detached from their responsibilities. I looked at these apartments awhile back and there are much better options in the area for the price.
It’s a great place if you love free eggs in the hallway the only problem is they’re broken. Entertainment is not needed as it is provided all night by loud obnoxious tenants throwing parties. Have a problem, well management lets you try to solve it yourself as they offer no help.
This place has terrible management and is poorly run. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Seems more like a frat house than luxury living! Wild parties by young people while they harass other tenants and destroy property. Poor management!
