I use to think this was the place to live downtown but after hearing how they treat their tenants, this place is horrible. Hopefully the police get involved �
I’ve heard so many bad things about this place!! Management does not care about tenants at all!!! They just want there money. To pay the amount they charge and to have the hallways dirty with garbage ( food items) to allow other tenants to be loud annoying and really loud with no respect to others and families with small children etc.
Saw a woman on fb who lives across from basically a frat apartment here (young boys probably around my age ) and they are being SO DISRESPECTFUL egging her apt writing “die nark” on her door , trying to break in, vomiting on the carpet in the hall, pestering her dog, painting black over her peephole and more. SO DISAPPOINTING to see that management hasn’t done ANYTHING about this .. their disgusting disrespectful selves should be kicked out immediately for doing just one of those things . Most definitely will NOT 1,600 a month for spineless management not to take care of the frat boys, vandalism, egging, remarks and vomit.
