Honestly, you do not deserve a 1. Management there has real issues with dealing with dangerous situations. This is supposed to be people's home. Where they should feel safe and not live in fear. Apparently, that is none of their concern. They just want their monthly rent.
I would never pay rent with the terrible things I’ve seen and heard from these apartments. Egging, parties, puking in hallway, neighbors trying to pry door open, threats bc said neighbor filed a complaint. Complete negligence on behalf of mgmt!!!! If you’re reading this and considering living here, find me on Facebook, I’m a realtor, and you deserve better living than this!!! $1,200+ can buy you a pretty nice place to call home! Don’t waste your money!!!!!
