A few years ago, our handyman recommended One Hour Heat & Air when our prior service provider retired. We used One Hour in our previous home and now are using them at our new condo. We always ask for Nathan because not only does Nathan do an amazing job but he always takes time to explain things to us. We also used One Hour to inspect the HVAC before purchasing our current home. We highly recommend One Hour! They are great people, do excellent work and they have a great maintenance plan!
I had an immediate plumbing issue and had a technician at the house within 3-4 hours of calling. Shane did a great job and resolved the issue. Shane has done other work for us and is professional, funny and a very qualified plumber. One Hour is always on time, arrive when they say they will and communicate very effectively.
