My son has had an issue with their work and has called 7 times. He has left messages for the owner, Mick, who has not called back. He has been waiting a month for repairs. We used One Hour in our hometown and were very satisfied and so I recommended the company to him. I am so sorry that I did. Very disappointing!

Sharon, I apologize for any inconvenience. The $99 is our after hours and weekend rate for coming out and troubleshooting why your system wasn't working. As to the repair, I suppose the Tech could have thawed out the regulator, however in many cases that regulator likely would require replacement as there usually is a reason it froze up in the first place. We typically defer to the gas company for those instances. I would say that if they just poured hot water on it, then it likely will fail again.
