We had One Hour Heating & Air here to replace two units, one 2 ton split, and one 2.5 ton box unit. Prices were not the cheapest, but not the highest either. They give you peace of mind with very competent service and a 10 year total warranty-parts and labor.
This company advertises 24 hour service. My heat went out on New Year's Eve with the temperature in single digits. Rep took my information said someone would call. 16 hours later and nothing. Don't waste your time. 1-star is too generous.
They came to my commercial property to fix my broken heat on the same day where other companies (big ones small or whom I’m contacted with!) weren’t taking on new customers or could only come in three-four business days. They came within an hour of my call over the holiday weekend. Josh worked quick and efficiently. I will use them in the future over any others. Also a shout out to Barbara... your customer service made my day and the chuckle I needed during a stress filled time... from one artist and I another, thank you.
