they arrived on time and the service person was very courteous. The repair was handled very professional.
**Updated review from 12/30/25 Over a year ago I gave 5 stars but today I didn’t feel the experience was worth five stars. Our fan motor stopped working and it’s under Lennox warranty but the technician, Oleider, insisted the part would not be available for weeks because it’s imported but it would cost $500, however for a universal part it would be available tomorrow and cost $900. Oleider provided an excellent AC service! He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and fixed the problem and explain the options I have . Very satisfied.
