Yasser Bendana did a great job on my A/C maintenance. Explained everything concerning the unit.
These people just totally took advantage of my wife when our AC broke. I was out of the house at work when they came to repair our AC/ They charged us $446 to change the 60 AMP disconnect. These parts go for $15 online. Then they charged us $265 for a new capacitor. These also go for around $15 online. Charges us $446 for a surge protector, they go for around $75. Joel Abreu from One Hour Air Conditioning came and diagnosed and did a great job cleaning our HVAC system that was full of dust from work done renovating our bathroom. He was on time and worked hard for several hours with the AC off on a hot Miami summer day. I’ve had excellent service from One Hour AC every time I’ve need help.
Technician Yasser was amazing. Great service and explained everything needed to a that we needed. I will definitely be using this service again.
