Love That they give free membership to their heroes club to all military and first responders. This gives heroes two checks a year for free, one AC and one furnace check plus a discount on parts. Their technicians & dispatchers are very knowledgeable & professional. Show up when promised. We've been customers for over 25 years & replaced 4 units in 2 different places. Also they offer financing for big projects.

McCarthy's One Hour called today to set a followup appointment to have a bulb replaced. The technicians showed up on time, were courteous and efficient. In, done, and out very quickly. Great job, great company.
