McCarthy's One Hour called today to set a followup appointment to have a bulb replaced. The technicians showed up on time, were courteous and efficient. In, done, and out very quickly. Great job, great company.

Very professional staff and techs. Not just on time, but also call if they are able to arrive early. They also provide the name and photo of the tech that is scheduled for my AC work.

Amazing company they came out to look at my heat pump that I just bought last year. And said everything is working like it's suppose to. And did a tune up on it! Im really glad I went thru this company to purchase a new heat pump amazing company and really friendly especially towards my 2 ur old German Sheppard that kept barking at the tech. The tech walked in not afraid and held his hand out and my dog smelled his hand and was fine with him coming in!!!!!
I wish I had gone with a different company...any company. Looking at the reviews, they are either purchased or be hopeful you get Chris. We are in our 3rd month of installation for a dual unit HVAC system, still not done. The bidding process was fine as was the purchasing piece - Joe was great. On the first day of installation, they killed the one working AC unit in the middle of summer and the house was very hot immediately and overnight and all next day. The installation took 3 days because they did a very poor job install... read more
