If you’re looking for premium service, you found it! One Hill South has the BEST concierge staff!!! If you’re looking for white glove service, move here! I am not a huge fan of the property manager (Mila) but every one else is too tier! In 3 years they haven’t lost one of package, and ALWAYS so proactive! I’m actually very sad I moved but coming back in a few months. My biggest mistake was leaving lol The front desk staff can make or break your experience living in any of these buildings. After living in the DC area for almost 20 years and strictly in rentals, One Hill South stands out with the best management and maintenance team that I've experienced. Not only does the property have great amenities that are well maintained, but the service is bar none. There are many luxury buildings with great amenities, and One Hill South is one of them, but not every management company stands out like Related.
