My hot water heater went out over a weekend. I spoke with Norman and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure someone came to check it that Sunday. When I needed to replace the heater he helped educate me about differences between manufacturers. Then the crew that came were also professional, neat and friendly. I'm quite pleased.
