Scott was excellent, identified the leak problem immediately and did another service i requested while he was there. Obviously very knowledgeable, very nice man
After a change in schedule. Once the Technician arrived, Norval was on a mission. After the introduction he saw what he had to do, and he did it. Explained his steps and got the job done. Norval is a plumber who not only knows his craft, but seems to really enjoys what he does . I can see what the schedule change was about. Norval is going to get it done.

The scheduling was awful. Told someone would come between 9-11 and they showed up at 1:00. Jacob was good when answering my questions. If the estimate cannot be better scheduled I hate to think how the actual work would turn out.

I called and got a quote for 250 approx, double checked and was assured max bill would be 350. 11 am appointment with no call so I checked at 1230 and they said 2 more hours, he arrived at 3pm . he did a good job and I am happy with service but bl was 400 plus and way more than what I was told on the phone
