Please do NOT use this company. They are unprofessional and only bait and switch. I ordered a main line cleaning with camera inspection, as my main line was clogged up a bit, so water was running slowly. The guy who showed up, was very unprofessional and already started to argue with me, about things "He is NOT going to do", before starting anything. The most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. They were suggested by HomeAdvisor and called me after I submitted my request for services. They scheduled a 3pm appointment for a simple kitchen sink clog. I called at 4pm to ask when they might show up. I was told they were running behind but would still be there. And so I waited. I called again at 7:30. I was told again they were running behind but would still be coming. She was going to have the tech call me. Although the work was good, when I asked for an itemized receipt, I was told they would have to look into it and I never got one. Shady practices.

The serviceman would get a 5 star rating, as would response time. Reason for 3 star is COST. We're retired and in our 80's , on fixed income, and didn't expect to PAY 15 % OF OUR MONTHLY INCOME ON A SIMPLE 1/2 HR. JOB ! OUTRAGEOUSE . Needless to say we'll not call them again - CAN'T AFFORD THEM.

The service technician ******* ******** successfully replaced three toilets in this house built in the 1930s, which were not working well, and appear to have been almost as old as the house. The technicians of two other plumbing services told us we would have to change all of the household pipes. Given the success of the less extensive repair, ******* clearly made the right diagnosis and the others were wrong. His correct assessment saved us a lot of unnecessary expenses and trouble.

**** was fast, nice, and super helpful, he showed me how to tell what my issue was and gave me some tips for upkeep on my hot water heater. I'll definitely use them again.
