Store itself is nice. Employees....eh. Went for black Friday sale, got to the register at exactly 11:00 (the only way I know is the giant clock behind the counter). Cashier wouldn't give me the 40% off discount. I was like huh?? Sign says 9-11am 40% off. She was like oh well. It's 30% now. I didn't argue but was turned off and annoyed by her attitude. The service here stinks but the prices will keep me coming back, prepared to deal with the staff.
Love this place so much I shopped there for my son

I shop frequently at Once Upon a Child in Lubbock. I always try to bring my good gently used clothing from my children to Once Upon a Child. For the last 2 months I have attempted to bring my clothes several times. Usually on Saturdays because I work Monday through Friday and cannot take time away from work to bring clothes. But today I was off so I showed up at 1200 and was told that they were not buying. There was one girl looking through clothes to just sitting there talking.
