No stars. I agree with what everyone has said below and the customer service is lacking in every way. I have sold items twice and waited over an hour and was told I had to wait in store. I heard the staff member working on my buy tell the other staff members she knew I was waiting on her and continued to laugh and talk with other staff members and walked away from my things several times. This location is horrible as far as customer service goes. Pretty much kicked us out of the store a couple of minutes before closing and were extremely rude. I won’t be back here.
Definitely don't come here expecting any customer service, cleanliness, or friendly attitude! Half the time selling isn't worth it, but the random closet cleanouts are OK depending on who's working.
Worst buy experience I have had at a OUAC. I waited an hour in line because they went through the close as they were taking them in. Then I was told because I had a small buy I had to wait another 30 minutes in store. I was not about to make my hungry kids sit and wait another 30 minutes. I told them I could come back in 1-2 hours. They said I had to wait in store for the small buy or take my things and come back later. You cost me over an hour of my time. I will not be coming back.
