This place is a joke, their wait times are usually twice what they tell you. Apparently now they let some people drop off and leave, but not everyone, think it all depends on how you look...
Staff is rude and very unhelpful. Store is not what it use to be either. Nothing in there but way out dated toys & girl cloths.
I had an issue with a store credit that they weren't honoring and I asked to speak to the manager. The girl goes to the back, comes back and says "she'll be right out"... So I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally I ask "is someone REALLY coming out to speak to me??" Another girl begins walking to the back to check and says to me "ma'am she's the owner and she had other things to do so let me check.." Wtf lol OTHER things to do aside from helping a customer?!?! I always stop by when I'm in Lubbock!(: love love love this store
I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst Once Upon a Child I have ever been to. They hardly give anything for your clothes compared to other chains and the staff is rude. Today I was told it was my fault for buying miss matched shoes that were zip tied together by one of their own staff members and they tried to take 20 percent off the refund price.
