Good cheap stuff This is a great place to find clothes and baby accessories. They only purchase items that are in very good condition, so the clothes generally still look new. The store is clean, the parking is good, but the clerks tend to be a little bit snooty. Worth putting up with for the good deals, though.
Once upon a child bad customer serv This store is horrible. I have gone a handful of times and everytime the experience is just horrible. They are rude and very unfriendly. The staff will not help or answer questions and don't give you much for what you take in. I took a new carseat packaged and they offered 12.00 for it??? then they just left it apart on the table and walked away when I said I would not take that offer. They had a bad attitude. Bad Not even worth my time. I have taken in brand new cloths with tags still on and they will not even take them. When they do take something it is very little. I have seen clothing on the racks that are either stained and ripped and are asking for 8.00- 10.00 for it. Not only that but there customer service is horrible. I will not be spending my gas to go there ever agian.
I feel like they stole my stuff I sold some baby items to them. I waited and waited for them to pay me but seemed to look the other way so I left. I reasoned they had my phone number and could call. A couple of days later they called for me to come get my cash or store credit and when I was able to come by a few days later they said it was too late to get the cash I could only have store credit. and they would not give me the cash option only store credit. I never got a receipt and or code and do not have access to my store ... read more
Customer Great store!! Wonderful place to shop for great prices. I love the idea if being able to trade my childrens outgrown clothes in for other clothes. The employees are friendly and helpful and always greet me when I come into the store. Again a GREAT place to shop and save.
Great kids clothing store! Looking for some great kids clothes at great prices, or just looking to sell some outgrown clothes?? This is the place to find it! They carry gently used and brand new items, basically anything you would need for a child. All the used clothing is in excellent condition. The have some of the best brands too! They also have a play area to put your kids while you shop. What more could you ask for?? PROS: Great brands, great prices, huge variety CONS: Not much for trade in
Never Again My experience was awful! I brought clothes to sell and the lady at the counter seemed to be very displeased that she had to look at more clothes. While I shopped around for a while I noticed my box of clothes that I had brought was sitting in the middle of the store for anyone. I asked the employees if that was clothes they weren't taking. Wonderful store! Wonderful store! The quality of what they sell is amazing. My daughter and I shop here for my grandson often, and we're always pleased with what we find!
Not worth the gas to drive to the store They have a great selection of clothes for babies but I have found that as my child grows the selections become less and less. Also their stingy when it comes to buying clothes from people. I have taken items in that were worn only once and in great condition with no spots, stains, worn spots or holes they pay 1.00 or less for the items and then resale it for 10.00 or more.
