Unfriendly staff, poor sorting of items as I had over $100 sold on Facebook after leaving the pre-sort before returning to collect my entire bag of clothes back and a measley $9. So sorry you will not be seeing me ever again.

Great concept and I have bought some good things there, but taking clothes in to sell is a real pain. Have made two trips recently to be turned away, even though the signs on the door indicate they are buying. Also, the information in their phone message was wrong. They just laughed when I told them about it..

I have been to this location multiple times and every time the customer service has been dismal to say the least. This last time I waited for 10 minutes to be checked in to sell some items. All the while 3 women are behind the counter and we are essentially staring at each other. After the 10 minutes one of the women decided to check me in. Every time I come to this place the employees act like it is their first day on the job yet I've seen all the same people here every time I come.

I find a lot of books for my son, but there isn't much in his size and when trying to sell clothes back they gave me a rediculous low ball amount. Most was children's place, puma, nike, rebok... a carhartt winter coat that was worth what they wanted to offer me total for the whole tote of clothes. All clothes I brought in were in better condition than what was on the racks. It'd be better just to hold on to them and have a small garage sale. As for our pricing - we enter all items into our computer based on the brand, style and condition which then generates a quote that we offer the customer. I went in today for the first time to sell some clothes and all I can say is the customer service SUCKS!!!! It took FOREVER for me to get waited on and I was literally standing there with 3 girls staring at me doing NOTHING. One girl was bossing the others around and none of them got in ANY hurry to help. There was a line behind me and one of the ladies was ready to checkout but was never told anything. Very rude, no sorry for your wait, no smile, no nothing, again customer service SUCKED! We have been very buy busy and help customers in order that they come in sometimes there is a wait and I apologize. We do try and give each customer great service. As for employees just standing around that is not acceptable and I’m sure it wasn’t for very long. Again I sincerely apologize for your experience.
