Order a sign and a hoodie from Jamie and I never received it, it was always one story after another so I eventually cancelled my order. The guy doesn’t reply to texts or phone calls. I do not suggest using this company, deplorable service and customer relations.
Purchased attire through school- sizing not clear, but product poor quality as shirt bubbled and peeled after first wash prior to wear (washed inside out in cold water). Jamie said it would be replaced over a month ago. Not response to inquiries via email or voicemails left on the replacement t-shirt or missing items.
Ordered apparel 3 months ago and after several phone calls and emails, I have not received any response or the actual apparel. We'll see if it ever comes. I hope they're not bankrupt.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Had this place recommended but not worth your time. I thought I could rely on a a recommendation but clearly not. If you don't want to do something... don't say you are going to do it and not do anything. They will set you aside and waste your time. No communication skills at all to get the job done… or even started…
