I purchased school attire through OnBrand’s school storefront. The sizing was unclear, and the quality was disappointing—one shirt bubbled and peeled after the very first wash (washed inside out, cold water, as instructed). Jamie told me over a month ago that it would be replaced, but I received no responses to multiple emails or voicemails. Order a sign and a hoodie from Jamie and I never received it, it was always one story after another so I eventually cancelled my order. The guy doesn’t reply to texts or phone calls. I do not suggest using this company, deplorable service and customer relations.

Ordered apparel 3 months ago and after several phone calls and emails, I have not received any response or the actual apparel. We'll see if it ever comes. I hope they're not bankrupt.
