I contacted this company to get my card replaced after I lost it, and I received a new card within a few days. Very happy with the prompt delivery. My new card was valid for a year, but I spent it right away.

I am in sales and am compensated on debit cards partially. I work hard to sell products that create revenue for the manufacturer, as well as the companies that process these debit cards (Swift). Swift created a new process to get our earned income loaded on these cards that is so incredibly difficult that we've mostly given up and/or quit selling these brands. I received a prepaid Swift card as a gift. The back of the card indicates that card can be reissued for $10, and there is a monthly maintenance fee of $2.95. I called to get an expired card reissued and was told that it "was not eligible for reissue." No explanation given. It does not say ANYWHERE on the card that it would not be eligible for reissue. So they just collect all the funds sitting there. This is equivalent to collecting and profiting from "unclaimed property" which legitimate businesses are prohibited from doing... read more
