Showed up early and started right into replacing the broken torsion spring. Took no time at all. He checked the entire operation of all door parts and tightened and tweaked what was needed. The charge for repair was extremely fair and surprised me at how low it was compared to other companies. Very professional and informative. I completely recommend On Track Doors.
Outstanding service and excellent professional management My door opener stopped working. I got prices on a Liftmaster belt drive #3280 from other companys. I then called and spoke with Wade and was given advise as to which door opener I should choose and he recommended the #3280.He quoted me the lowest price of all and was at my home in South Fort Myers within 90 minutes. roller repair Wow. Called at 11:30 done by 1:20. Replaced all rollers and replaced rubber at bottom of door. Appropriate work,done quickly at a good price.Wow.
good product wanted screen door for garage and found the flip up provided by OTD and had to have it. They installed it next day and it has been working great. it really does keep the no-seums out.
Wow ...now this is customer service!!!! I wanted to replace a defective opener on my garage door.. No sooner had I called, than it seemed that the installer was at my front door.The install , price and service was more than I ever expected. replace springs on my garage door mary my doors broke in the garage and i was strapped for cash.maybe i shouldnt say this but I WOULD RECOMMEND this place to anyone not only did they come and do the job in a short time but the man was very nice, moved things and but them back and worked with be on the payment. This is the kind of business i would recommend to anyone. they really care about the people and their problems not the money. this i would give a 5 star.
Top-notch job! Chance meeting with Wade at a networking breakfast on a day I was going to call the company that had installed my garage door introduced me to On Track Doors. He showed up earlier than promised that very afternoon and more than delivered on all we had discussed earlier in the day. Prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, he even swept out the garage when he was done! I had no idea my garage door could be so whisper-quiet. Highly recommend!
