On Track Doors,Inc On Sunday 12/1/13 one of the springs broke on my garage door my son gave me the of On Track Doors I gave them a call and they told me that they would be out in a 2 hour time frame Wade arrived within the time had thye new springs in less than a hour and no extra charge I reccomend this company to anyone that is in need of garage door repair.
Did a great job, very fair pricing My neighbor is in her later 70's and needed a new garage door. I called a number of companies on behalf of my neighbor. She and I spoke with 'On Track Doors, Inc' last.After reviewing the first few estimates, we both agreed she should choose this company. They were very prompt, polite, professional. Excellent Service Our garage door came off of the track and being new to the Cape Coral area I didn't know who to call. I luckily ended up calling On Track Doors. Wade was there in about 2 hours clearly explained my options to me. Told me he could fix the door for just the cost of a service call. He didn't pressure me to buy anything extra. Outstanding service and excellent professional management My door opener stopped working. I got prices on a Liftmaster belt drive #3280 from other companys. I then called and spoke with Wade and was given advise as to which door opener I should choose and he recommended the #3280.He quoted me the lowest price of all and was at my home in South Fort Myers within 90 minutes. roller repair Wow. Called at 11:30 done by 1:20. Replaced all rollers and replaced rubber at bottom of door. Appropriate work,done quickly at a good price.Wow.
good product wanted screen door for garage and found the flip up provided by OTD and had to have it. They installed it next day and it has been working great. it really does keep the no-seums out.
Wow ...now this is customer service!!!! I wanted to replace a defective opener on my garage door.. No sooner had I called, than it seemed that the installer was at my front door.The install , price and service was more than I ever expected. replace springs on my garage door mary my doors broke in the garage and i was strapped for cash.maybe i shouldnt say this but I WOULD RECOMMEND this place to anyone not only did they come and do the job in a short time but the man was very nice, moved things and but them back and worked with be on the payment. This is the kind of business i would recommend to anyone. they really care about the people and their problems not the money. this i would give a 5 star.
