Showed up when he said he would and was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond and fixed everything he said he needed to do was very happy.

The plumber was on time. He gave a clear explanation of what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. The estimate matched the actual price. He was clean and respectful of our house. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone. I've had them out several time over the past few years and have been completely satisfied with their work and how they have treated me.

Rick did an amazing job clearing a nasty clog in our kitchen. He also explained how the plumbing in the house connects. Great job! Great clean up! Punctual.
