Martin was very professional, thorough, and personable. He fixed a few minor issues, flushed water heater and was on his way. He is a true gentleman and is the kind of service man you want representing your company.

Wade was fantastic as always. He was on time and called me 10 minutes before he came. He is a very courteous and knowledgeable plumber. I would highly recommend him and Benjamin Franklin to my friends.
