Our serviceman was Wade. He was polite, punctual and very knowledgeable. He did a great job detecting our water leak and fixing it!!
Carlos did an excellent job. Was very professional, personable and job completed in a timely manor. He clean up after his self. Appreciate the whole experience.
Rick came out to replace our sewer. He was friendly, knowledgeable and provided great customer service.
Beyond great. ..called an showed up in less than an hour, ,fixed my disposer in 20 minutes...had all parts and items in truck
The plumber, Rick, called to let me know he was on his way. He gave me two options , to replace the toilets or to fix the broken parts, and let me decide. He was polite and put booties over his shoes to keep my carpet clean.
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Bakersfield is an awesome company! I got prompt same day service for a task that was kicking my butt. They weren't able to get it in 2 min, which made me feel a little better about myself but they did remedy the issue quite quickly! Wade my service technician was very professional! Thanks so much for coming to my rescue!
