The plumber, Rick, called to let me know he was on his way. He gave me two options , to replace the toilets or to fix the broken parts, and let me decide. He was polite and put booties over his shoes to keep my carpet clean.
Rick is very knowledgeable and did a great job. Walked us thru the problem and the repair. Best customer service we've ever had. Total asset to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
