Don't change anything. Your response time was great, Rick fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after the job. All the needed parts were on the truck and everything went smooth. I'm happy with your service.

Maybe offer a small discount on the parts. I was shocked to know that the part replaced cost so much! I was very happy with the outcome and your plumber Rick is very professional and had the situation done within the hour of his arrival.

The plumber, Rick, called to let me know he was on his way. He gave me two options , to replace the toilets or to fix the broken parts, and let me decide. He was polite and put booties over his shoes to keep my carpet clean.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Bakersfield is an awesome company! I got prompt same day service for a task that was kicking my butt. They weren't able to get it in 2 min, which made me feel a little better about myself but they did remedy the issue quite quickly! Wade my service technician was very professional!
