On Q has been the worst company to deal with, they are rude and have no knowledge of the laws in the state in which they operate. The house my wife, 2 children and I rented was in disrepair and we where told that the repairs would be made before we took possession of the property. On the day of move in, we did a walk through and nothing was done, screens on the windows where torn up by an animal and they didn't even bother to replace them.
