Did you know that On Q and Eric are responsible for the crime in our communities? Drug trafficking, drug dealing, brothels, gang bangers and drive by shootings. They dont care about the communities and only care that they get their cut no matter how dirty the money. Now go ahead and buy a few more positive reviews of people that have never actually dealt with you. “Oh I applied and they were so nice, havent even moved into our shanty but boy were they so nice over a phone!”

Eric is one of the worse people you will ever deal with. He will say one thing to earn your trust and then do the complete opposite. Picture your move-in day, your nearing the end of a 1600 mile road trip from Minnesota to Arizona and your excited to get moved into your new rental property with the beautiful pool & hot tub surrounded by palm tress!! On Q has been the worst company to deal with, they are rude and have no knowledge of the laws in the state in which they operate. The house my wife, 2 children and I rented was in disrepair and we where told that the repairs would be made before we took possession of the property. On the day of move in, we did a walk through and nothing was done, screens on the windows where torn up by an animal and they didn't even bother to replace them.
