If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I had to have an emergency procedure done at the END of June. Since it was within 24 hours, OMS stated I had to pay for the procedure 100% out of pocket and insurance would pay after a filed claim. OMS would issue me a check for the difference. Two months go by and I have to call and check the status, as I had not been contacted. It took them over a week to call me back. They apparently filed it with the wrong insurance, even though correct insurance was given at check in. Debra assures me ... read more
